Who we are...
Claire and James Davis are the multi-award winning coaches and creators of The Midlife Reset, an 8 week transformational programme designed for men and women in their 40s, 50s and 60s, that’s designed to get maximum long term results, specifically tailored to the unique physiological and psychological changes (and challenges) we experience at midlife.
Leaders in their field, they’ve spent over a decade working with thousands of clients just like you to improve their minds and bodies, and their experience and qualifications allow them to come at this from a life changing, inside out perspective.
Claire & James are not just personal trainers bolting on mindset. Their original background is firmly in the fields of psychology, coaching, stress management and NLP, before we moving into training, nutrition and hormone/ menopause health.
